Terms and conditions for Online Ticket Booking facility
All customer are requested to adhere for below terms & conditions:
Report to garden at the time specified along with Acknowledgement receipt.
A copy of online ticket is essential to enter the Garden..
An ID proof on the name of ticket holder should be carried all the while inside Garden.
Children less than 5 years are also permitted to follow their parents.
In addition, customers required to pay non-refundable internet booking charges.
Dispute if any will be the Nilgiri district court.
Cancellation policy for Online Ticket Booking facility
Ticket is non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
Amount will not be refunded to customers after cancellation of booking.
